Remanufacturing is the process of taking used products and returning them to as new condition. Remanufactured (REMAN) parts are not classifed as used but as a product whose functionality has been returned to that of the original.
REMAN parts are typically 40 to 60% the cost of new parts and are generally offered with a similar warranty. REMAN is good for the environment as it allows the recycling of up to 80% of the original parts material.

Our REMAN range includes detergents, rust and paint removers, concrete and silicone removes and VCI protection products. All products are eco-friendly with the exception of the silicone remover.

Detergent
An eco-friendly and biodegradable detergent that removes surface contaminants without leaving any surface residue. Also provides up to 3 weeks of of flash corrosion protection. Dilute with water (3-20% depending on surface condition) makes it cost effective. Conforms to SVHC (REACH) and RoHS standards.
Rust Remover – RC700
Made from general organic acids this rust remover is effective whilst being completely non-hazardous. Can be used as in a dip bath, brushed on or sprayed on. Conforms to SVHC (REACH) , RoHS and TRGS 615 and 522 standards. Does not damage metal surface, only removing carbon and rust deposits.
3 in 1 Paint Remover, Rust Remover and Degreaser (PRD)
A 3 in 1 product that removes paint, rust and grease. Made from plant extracts the product conforms to SVHC (REACH) and RoHS standards whilst providing good performance. Can be diluted with water if needed.
Concrete Remover
Removes concrete residues from heavy equipment, vehicles and hydraulics. Use neat or dilute. Biodegradable and contains no VOC’s. Meets REACH SVHC and RoHS standards.
Silicone Remover
Fast working product to remove hardened silicone or spilled silicone from various surfaces. Use neat. Contains hydrocarbons.
Liquid Corrosion Inhibitor (GVL500)
A multi-purpose liquid corrosion inhibitor used to protect both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Nitrite and amine free the product will leave a thin liquid film on the metal, similar to that obtained from using oils. Conforms to REACH SVHC, RoHS and TRGS 615 standards. Use 150-250 mL per square metre. Generally requires no removal but can be rinsed off with water.
VCI Fog
A fog based corrosion inhibitor designed to be applied through use of a fogger. Protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Dosage rate of 10 ml per cubic metre. Conforms to REACH SVHC, RoHS and TRGS 615 standards. Generally requires no removal but can be rinsed off with water. Use to protect internal surfaces and voids. For external protection wrap part in VCI plastic.
